The Filipino American Historical National Society (FAHNS) won 1st 
Place for Best Float during this year's Veterans Day Parade. They have 
won this honor for two years in a row now.

Last year's theme for their Float was the return of Gen. Douglas MacArthur to the Philippines.

Clifford Robin Temprosa Li, KOR is the Director of Public Policy with NaFFAA New York, and the Founder and Managing Consultant of Dare to Change Consulting, Inc.  Born in the Philippines with a Filipino and Chinese background, Clifford specializes in developing strategies to build social and political power for AAPI communities on local and national levels, and advance transformative public policy by educating, mobilizing, and empowering AAPI communities to be involved in public participation and democracy, mentorship, building the AAPI electorate, running for office, building community power, launching and advising nonprofits, attain public funding, and driving social impact.

He most recently worked at the New York State Legislature where he became a leading AAPI operative, Coalition for Asian American Children and Families where he oversaw a campaign over 100 organizations to secure over $60 Million in investments for Asian Nonprofits, has managed political and public policy campaigns executing peak budgets of over half a million dollars, helped secure over a million dollars in Federal funding for NaFFAA New York and launched the first ever Filipino Centered Statewide Policy Agenda for New York. Clifford launched his firm with the spearheading of a national AAPI democracy project focused on engaging Millennial and Generation Z Asian American voters, rebranding and securing $25,000 for the Filipino American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and securing over $30 Million and hundred of public contracts for AAPI Nonprofits across New York City.

Clifford sits on the board of NaFFAA New York, OCA New York, the Youth Advisory Board of Young Invincibles, is a brother of Delta Epsilon Psi National South Asian Fraternity, Inc and a Knight of Rizal. Clifford has received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, awarded Change Agent of the Year amongst the National APIDA Panhellenic Council, and has been featured as a 2023 New York Power Player Rising and 2024 AAPI Power Player in Politics NY.
